Good places to eat and drink in close walking distance. Nice park between the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers jus a couple of miles away. Second largest waterfall in New York nearby. Not because we had any issues ... but because he sent a note to check and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The host left snacks and bottled water which was a thoughtful touch. I was skeptical about the neighborhood but for me it was very safe! The place is very close to the Main Street so it was nice to be close to a few restaurants. Very close to Troy. It was very nice to have your own parking spot in the lot. I definitely recommend this stay!
